Odoo implementation is the core of what we do. You’ll configure, customize and extend Odoo for real client businesses, not build demos.
What you’ll do
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing) for client implementations
- Build custom Odoo modules when standard functionality doesn’t cover a client’s process
- Migrate data from spreadsheets or legacy systems into Odoo
- Work with clients during discovery to understand how their business actually runs
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with Odoo development (Python, XML views, the ORM)
- Understanding of at least one business domain Odoo covers well: sales, inventory, or accounting
- Comfortable talking to clients directly, not just taking a spec and disappearing
- Based in India or able to work India-friendly hours
